• Resource Usage: Shared hosting resources must be used reasonably.
• Prohibited Content: We do not host illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the respective registries (e.g., ZADNA for .co.za). Yohost acts as a registrar or reseller and is not responsible for registry decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yohost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
